Return and Refund Policies
Returns:
1. Due to the custom nature of our car mats , we are unable to accept returns .
  If you receive a defective product or if there was an error in the customization, please contact us at support@carsilks.com within 7 days of receiving the product stating your order number .
  If there are any issues, pictures will be required as proof .
  We reserve the right to rectify any issue, by sending replacements or installation advice.
  If we fail to rectify an issue, a refund will be issued.
2. In case of a return agreed between yourself (the customer) and Carsilk, to be eligible for it, the returned product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
3. Custom-made car mats that have been used or installed are not eligible for return.
4. Custom-made car mats returned to our warehouse due to the order being submitted to us with incomplete/wrong shipping information; failure to arrange collection upon delivery attempt or import charges payment failures, are subject to 35% restocking fee to cover for materials and workmanship.
Refunds:
1. If a return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. We cannot give you a refund before the returned product is delivered back to our Warehouse .
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for any and all costs associated with the return of the product, and for any damage that occurs while the product that you are returning is in transit.
3. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product.
