HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
At CarSilk, we proundly offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our products are accessible to cusomers across the globe. We strive to deliver your package as quickly as  possible.
Since our your products are made-to-order (your CarSilk mat/seat cover will only go into production once your order is placed, we do not hold stock) the manufacturing process typically takes 5 - 7 business day, depending on complexity of your car measurement.
Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. Standard shipping/transit times apply as follows:

  • US orders may arrive approximately 14-20 business days excluding manufacture time stated above
  • International orders may arrive approximately 20-25 business days excluding manufacture time stated above
Final delivery is usually via your local postal service. However, due to extremely high order demand, carrier services might need additional 5-7 business days to ship packages anywhere.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

In case of lost parcel we will send you a replacement product via express shipping, ensuring you receive your item as soon as possible.
